How it works:
The groupios gateway signs and encrypts your emails centrally and fully automatically, immediately before they leave your digital territory. This makes you independent of the security of external infrastructures: unlike pure transport encryption (TLS), the protection is firmly linked to the message itself. Your content remains confidential and tamper-proof, even if the communication partner's servers or intermediate stations are compromised.

Key Harvesting
The system learns as it goes. Public keys from incoming, signed emails are automatically recognised and stored. This means you can immediately reply to communication partners in encrypted form.
Intelligent confidentiality
As soon as the recipient's key is available, email content and attachments are encrypted fully automatically. This allows you to effectively protect sensitive data from unauthorised third parties.
Consistent authenticity
Digital signatures guarantee the recipient beyond doubt that the message really comes from you. This validation protects your reputation from spoofing and identity theft.
